Saturday, March 9, 2019 - Decanted for 1.5 hours. Nose of cherry, black raspberry, currant, tobacco leaf, graphite, coffee, licorice and spice. Ripe red fruit, tobacco, coffee, licorice, spice and fine tannins on the palate. Very long, well balanced finish. Medium to full bodied. Young and elegant. Served with grilled filet mignon and bordelaise.
