Thursday, July 31, 2008 - Incredible bouquet, very complex and exciting, notes of meat and alcohol; very young, strong tannins; great finish. I can't wait to taste this wine a few years from now. We drank it with a lamb roast prepared in a crock pot with vegetables, etc. It was an beautiful pairing.
