Wednesday, August 29, 2007 - Goldman Sachs wine tasting at Vin Classic Wines.
Bouquet: smoke, rich black currant, cherry, perhaps some herbs.
Taste: very smooth--tannins, while present, are not at all harsh. All the wines were supposedly decanted, but I don't know for how long. Full bodied, nicely made.
