Wednesday, September 2, 2009 - 24 hours later, I opned up the last half of the bottle. Smooth, elegant, well balanced. Fruit forward cherries and dark berries. Next time I open one of these up, open in the a.m. for a 12 hour decant. Most of the tannic nature that came with the cedar disappeared.
