Saturday, June 8, 2013 - Drank with steaks at home. Bottle decanted about 45 minutes. Translucent ruby in color. Vanilla, oak, plums, spice on the nose. Decidedly plum and cherry on the palate, a little thin/light bodied, but well-balanced. Fully resolved tannins. A nice, solid CdP that is probably as good as it is ever going to be. If I had another, I'd drink it now.
