Tuesday, May 16, 2023 - Heavy weight, dark purple. Rich full candied, blackberry, plum, raisin, that savors on the tongue. Smooth with excellent complexity. I sipped it in small glasses for four days. Definitely a desert wine, drank it straight and also with some cheese and crackers. Had some trouble with the cork, but used a strainer to remove small pieces of cork from the port. Drinking well now, but will last another 20 years. Yummy.
