Sunday, July 8, 2018 - Very sedamented, decanted 4 hours prior, no doubting the pedigree, mouth filling, long after taste. Very smooth. We consumed with bbq’d pigeon breast, then a selection of cheese. Unforgettable. Definitely drinking well.
