Wednesday, August 15, 2018 - Big mouth full of dark fruit up front combined with the red fruit acidity of Dundee Hills. Very nice secondary flavor following, not quite to a cola in terms of carmel taste. Finishes with a bit of spice. Because of the acidity, pairing is important, choose some nice cheese or food with some fats to get the most of this one. This wine may not peak for 4-5 more years. Wish I had more than one more bottle.
