Sunday, May 15, 2016 - Beautiful cab. The nose of crushed, stewed (NOT cooked) fruit explodes from the bottle. This is chock-full of currant, cedar, blackberry, leather. Almost no tannin here, but just enough to keep it all together. Even on day 2, this was still full of life, although a little leaner. Thus, this should hold nicely for another 4-5 yrs.
