Saturday, November 29, 2014 - Stunning and balanced and the best wine we had on Thanksgiving day. It paired with all the breads and all other dishes whether savory or creamy or on the sweet side. It struck me as the best of both worlds, new world fruit and opulence, old world acidity concentration of texture. Long, long lemon brulee finish. My best Gary Farrell wine ever. I wonder if Theresa heredia had a hand in its crafting. (She became winemaker in 2012.)
