Friday, December 27, 2013 - Almost Burgundian on the nose with sweet raspberries, roses, violet candy and oriental spices. On the palate the wine is a little more powerful, still superbly elegant and balanced (especially the alcohol). Great acidity and ripe tannins gives the rich fruit and minerality a good push through the long finish. Drink now or cellar. I would absolutely buy this again.
