Saturday, September 27, 2014 - Light, booth, delicate and citrus scented Prosecco with good mousse and a long dry finish made in the Friuli region of northern Italy. Refreshing with mineral and earthy notes, along with tangy apple and peach scents. Made from the Glera (Proseco) grape. Excellent as an aperitif either served plain chilled on its own, as a cocktail or Bellini.
