Tuesday, June 16, 2015 - A very typical cabernet sauvignon nose of blackcurrant, eucalyptus and lavender. The palate shows med+ acidity, high tannin, a full body with a long finish. This wine is almost a tuning fork for what a typical cabernet sauvignon should taste like.
