Tuesday, November 4, 2014 - deep color, ruby rim. aromatically stony dark fruits, plums, some forest floor, no new oak i can pick up. on the palate high acidity, moderate amount of midpalate weight, very few tannins, low to moderate alcohol. good balance, average length, good intensity, ok complexity. wine isn't really a finesse driven wine, a fresh and moderately fleshy texture. overall a very distinctive and well made wine... drink now.
