Thursday, May 7, 2015 - Medium-light garnet color. In comparison to the somewhat expressive 2011 Carignan from this producer, this wine was rather weak. Light, airy nose of red fruit and a hint of wood. This is a featherweight on the palate, being rather watery and without much discernible flavor or texture. I'd avoid having this again.
