Friday, September 25, 2015 - This one is acidic but not unpleasantly so. Lots of dark fruit on the front the the acidity kicks in. Keeps it from being a fruit bomb pinot. Really mellowed out though after sitting open for about an hour. Highly recommend decanting or aerating to sooth out the acid. Very little tannins and a short to medium finish.
