Tuesday, May 19, 2015 - Friggin delicious. Clear and bright, with a pale lemon straw colour. Very minerally and crisp on the nose, not showing much fruit, just a tinge of citrus and apple. Palate is long, fresh, crisp and delicious. Loads of apple and lemon acidity with a nice mineral spine to the fruit. Lingers on the palate for almost a minute. Lovely, lovely finish.
