Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Fine fizz. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of minerality, citrus lime, bruised green apple, brioche. Developing.
On the palate, bone-dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (12.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of minerality, green apple, citrus lime,and brioche. Tart medium finish. Minerality increased with more air.
Good quality Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut. Clean minerally style, but lacking some stuffing. Well, this is the entry level (amateur) after all.
