Sunday, November 22, 2015 - Light brassy gold. Lime and butter on the nose. Mild, light on it's feet. Pleasant but some lack of mid palate. Medium short finish. Day 2 update; stronger citrus elements, a bit more acidity on the finish, still showing mid-palate weakness.
