Saturday, November 13, 2004 - Massive nose dominated initially by herbal notes, later opening up to reveal more black fruit and smoked meat. I can only describe the taste as luscious with tremendous length. Tasting beautifully now, but I would guess it would last another 5-10 years. Made a perfect accompaniment to coq au vin.
