Wednesday, January 25, 2017 - Drank over two nights. First of a 3-pack. Full nose of pure, delicious ripe plum fruit, spice with just a kiss of bell pepper and herb. Palate has lively, luscious, ripe fruit. Again just a touch of bell pepper and leaf are detectible beneath the rich, delicious fruit. Pleasurable and easy to drink, if lacking a bit of the CF signature. A nice drink for the new world palate.
