Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Had a 375ml bottle with broiled ribeye, sautéed mushrooms. Great pairing. This is a good full-bodied wine. After having this last night and a 2004 Ribera del duero last week, I am regretting that I don’t have more of these Spanish wines in my cellar.
