Saturday, April 6, 2013 - 13 years old, the last 7 of which were in my wine cellar, this wine was at its peak for drinking. Still lots of fruit and full bodied; somewhat reminiscent of cherries. Would have rated it higher, but nose wasn't as grand as I would have liked. Surprisingly, the amount of sediment in the bottle was not nearly as much as I thought it would be. Much less than other wines having 10 yrs. of age or more.
