Saturday, February 6, 2016 - Consumed over ~2 hours with pan-roasted chicken. Down-the-middle chardonnay - apple, a little pineapple, a little oak astringency, and a decent hit of lemon acidity. Despite that, it did come off as somewhat flat and heavy, especially as it warmed up. Nothing special, but a nice enough match for dinner. Drink soon, and keep it chilled. 85ish.
