Thursday, June 10, 2021 - Rich golden color. Smells like candles, clean bedsheets, hazelnuts. Seems simultaneously oxidized and fresh. Dense and heavy, not oily, and with enough salty minerality to keep lively. Finishes with some golden delicious apple and white tea. Weird and wild stuff!
