Wednesday, April 22, 2015 - Nose shows easy red cherry, dark cherry, pretty rose petals, dried pomegranate, restrained and elegant. Palate is very well balanced, hits all the right parts, acidity, fruit lingers through, finish medium plus and changes from cherry to light earth in a Burgundian way. This is not for CA style drinkers, definitely a house style that Raptor Ridge has trending towards Burgundian. Excellent example of type.
