Wednesday, October 23, 2013 - Ruby purple in color, the 2010 Spare Me is what an easy-drinking Cabernet should be. Spicy, toasty aromas of pepper, vanilla, tobacco, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg (the whole spice rack!) set you up for the luxardo maraschino cherry, toasted coconut and tapioca flavors in the mouth. A finish of hazelnut, black cherry and blueberry completes this beautifully balanced, vibrant wine.
