Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Purple, plum with medium viscosity in the glass. Fresh and harmonious nose of plum, raspberry, pipe-tobacco, tart strawberry, eucalyptus, wet stone and bell pepper. Med-full body and composed with delicious red and black fruit, Asian spice, earth, bell pepper and mint on the palate. Fine, green tannin. Pure spice and minerals. Stunning balance. Nary a hint of jamminess. Med-long finish. Excellent QPR and worth seeking out.
