Saturday, May 14, 2016 - Tart cherry and clove spice. Nice tannins which will only deepen over time. Expect big fruit but it's really nicely balanced with acidity. Velvety mouthfeel caps it off. Give it plenty of decanting time - an hour wasn't enough.
