Thursday, January 25, 2024 - Fuller nose than the 09 Stevens tried alongside, shows more fruit, not quite as austere, v slightly riper, but still super fresh and incredible length.
Still has that lovely chalkiness and opened up beautifully and complemented green olives perfectly. Like the Stevens, will go as long as you like.
