Saturday, February 27, 2016 - Aromas of mixed dark fruits particularly blackberry and black currant along with a bit of smoke & grilled meat. The flavors match- dark fruit as well as some soy sauce/umami/grilled meat, a hint of dried herbs along with a bit of heat on the finish. Took a day to open up, medium acid/tannins, tasty and fairly complex overall.
