Sunday, May 10, 2015 - We started too drink it at a higher temperature, then cooled it a little bit down and afterwards it warmed up in the burgundy glas, very mineral champagne, very fresh and clean, pear,yuzu and green apple, developed well with time and air, next time I will decant for 2 hours, very precise long finish, great too food, 91 (the beginning) -93 (the end)
