Thursday, December 28, 2023 - Far better than last bottle with notes of dried leaves, some cherry and licorice, moss, pencil lead, old leather, hay and iron. Rather light to medium bodied and not the greatest depth at this stage. With however good structure and balance. Again very mature but also very enjoyable with mature cheese
