Monday, December 26, 2022 - Kept under condition 1 since about 2016 (see my profile). Nose with quite rich and refined mushrooms and sous-bois. Taste: strawberry and cherry; still some drying tannins, that resolved after one hour, leaving a very soft, indeed charming wine. At the second day slightly less good, especially with food. Best to drink within one year, I guess. First day 92-93, second 90-91.
