Sunday, November 9, 2014 - The wine is showing signs of aging, with a slight red/orangish rim; on the nose hints of leather, and anise. The palette is a little tired, but does still have fresh acidity. Flavors of plum and slight caramel with hints of orange peel and wet soft leather. The wine is still alive but not as big as we had hoped for. Mellowing quickly and recommend drinking very soon.
