Sunday, July 1, 2007 - Wow. Wow. Wow. I could spend half on hour talking about this wine. Everytimes we went back to the glass something new came out. Orange and lemon zest, almond custard, Baked mangos and apples, pinapples, pears, nectarines, hazelnut cream, almond tarts...it was incredible. The mouthfeel was pure silk with a finish that went on for about two minutes and added all kinds of butterscotch to the pot. Just incredible.
