Saturday, January 10, 2015 - Well and truly mature and looks somewhat more 'down the path' than the August 2014 tasting suggested. Fruits are pale and almost tired with acid tinged berries, metals and blond tinges. Faint aniseed to finish. Quite pleasant in a mature way but ultimately should show better.
