Thursday, August 30, 2018 - A private DRC tasting (Waver, Ouder-Amstel, NL): Recently acquired, storage conditions unknown but probably mediocre at best. Bottle No. 004086 / 9.120. Level approximately 4 cm below the cork. Sweet spices, mineral freshness, loses its expression quickly, but retains its structural integrity, quite peppery, lively and with good length.
