Friday, March 15, 2024 - opened 30 minutes: Dark ruby red; initial nose of coconut, followed by strong black berry and other berry notes; first tasting strongly of Macadamia nuts( maybe the coconuts of the first aroma?); full bodied, fills the mouth and palate very smoothly;alc shows up as a lingering warmth in the mouth- like after eating peppers but not a hotness;finish is long, blending into dark chocolate(semi sweet).
Would be perfect with a BBQ Tri tip
