Thursday, July 2, 2015 - Decant for 10 minutes then followed for 2 hours. Strong flavors with floral and Cali pinot flavors. Very smooth mouth feel. Gets better as time passes. Still obviously a baby but giving up an enjoyable experience even so. Not for the faint of heart and as pinots go, on the flavorful side of the ledger. It may not satisfy the IPOB crowd, but there's plenty of balance, just balance on the high side. Give this another 5 years at least, perhaps 10, and it will get better..
