Friday, November 19, 2010 - Dark garnet. Heaps of soft French oak in the nose surrounded ripe currant, basil, and leather notes. Low acidity, medium tannin. A bit fat in the mouth, this wine drinks easily and the flavors echo the nose entirely; hint of basalmic vinegar in the mouth. Finishes medium length. Bottle #11 of twelve.
