Saturday, February 6, 2016 - At Silver Oak 2011 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon Release Party today, a surprise opportunity to taste the Alexander Valley today, nose of black cherry, plum, red bell pepper and dusty, dry forest floor, much more open with more fruit showing today compared to previous tastings, medium/big body, tasty, needs three years to peak or decant for five hours, medium finish.
