Monday, December 21, 2015 - Medium dark ruby. Noise of grape seed, leather, cassis. Cool Cabernet core. Taste is fresh crushed forest fruit with lively acids. Tannic finish, needs more time. Lacking polish of other wines in this class, but it's pleasant with meat or rich foods. Wait 2-3 more years.
