Sunday, June 12, 2011 - This has been tasted twice in the last ten years, this bottle continues to age at a snails pace. The bottle shows a combination of maturity and youthfulness with oily texture on the palate that finishes with fresh acidity. This is at or around its peak but bottles in excellent conditions should continue to drink well for many years.
