Monday, September 8, 2014 - Nose: Lemongrass and a little bit of incense tea note. Taste: Lemony tang on the approach. Mid-palate and finish has a little bit of cooked white flower. Bubbles are soft, finish is good. Nice acid, nice body. One of the better Iron Horses.
