Saturday, November 18, 2017 - Impenetrable dark purple. Nose of blackberies and cassis. Kicks in with lush fruit, then a medium- acidity and firm but fine tannins that still aren't fully integrated. At this time a little challenging without food, but promising. Ageing in clay jars, quite clean and well made wine.
