Tuesday, February 11, 2014 - The wine looks violet colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells and tastes like dark fruit and earth. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity. Overall, very good, would drink again. About the same the second night after de-oxignating on night 1.
