Friday, November 7, 2014 - Light nose on this. Light to medium body, with a bit of leather, not much though. Also picking up some green plum and cherry. Very mild for a cab, but nice none the less. Medium tannins and a medium finish. This would not hold up to a big rib eye but went well enough with a veal shank and is very nice on its own.
