Sunday, December 24, 2023 - From magnum. This was double decanted, and then still took some time to open up and for the tannins to soften. I think I can recognize these blind now by their fine grained tannins, underlying mix of dark and red cherry, spice, outstanding minerality. This is not a wine for those hardcore Burgundy enthousiasts, but an outstanding and unique wine it its own right.
