Wednesday, March 26, 2014 - Tasting 1982 Rioja (plus supper at La Piperna in Madrid) (Enoteca Barolo - Madrid): Brownish colour with a crimson core.
Pastry shop. On the nose wax and silex stone. An aroma almost sweet aroma, cream notes too.
Irons and spice on the palate.
Savoury and quite acid. Calling for food.

Color amarronado con un corazón carmesí.
Pastelería. Cera y silex en nariz. Un aroma casi dulce con notas de nata.
Ferroso y especiado en boca. Sabroso y ácido
